Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
The apartments are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Transfer
A free transfer is available from and to St. Moritz railway station for hotel guests. We offer this service from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
"Sleep+Ski"
Guests staying for at least 1 night can book a ski pass at reception for the Upper Engadine region for CHF 47 per person per skiing day. This offer is only bookable for the entire stay. Unused days cannot be reimbursed.
This special offer is not valid for the apartments "Chesa Alvetern". Furthermore, this offer cannot be combined with promotions from external providers.

Storage room for skis and mountain bikes
You can store your skis, snowboards and mountain bikes in a separate locked room free of charge. We do not accept any liability!
Public Transport & Mountain railways included in summer
For a stay of at least 2 nights, you will receive a free mountain railway ticket for the Upper Engadine region, including free use of public transport till Chiavenna (Italy).
Halfboard surcharge for adults
Halfboard at a cost of CHF 65 per person and night includes a 5-course dinner menu (drinks not included), from Winter 2024/25 CHF 70.00 per person and night.
Halfboard surcharge for children
- Children up to the age of 12: free of charge
- Children aged from 13 to 15: CHF 32.50 per child and night; from Winter 2024/25 CHF 35.00 per child and night
- Children aged 16 and over: CHF 65 per person and night; from Winter 2024/25 CHF 70.00 per person and night
Children
Staying in their parents' room (including breakfast):
- Children up to the age of 12: free of charge
- Children aged from 13 to 15: CHF 50 per child and night
- Children aged 16 and over: CHF 100 per child and night
Dogs
CHF 25 per night (food not included)
Dogs are not allowed in our Grand Restaurant.
Cancellations in winter season
- Up to 7 days prior to arrival: free of charge
- In the case of later cancellations, we charge 100% of total cost
- Early departure: full charge (100%) of the remaining stay (total cost)
Cancellations in summer season
- During the summer season, any cancellation made before 6 pm on the day of arrival is free of charge
- In the case of later cancellations, we charge 100% of total cost
